How does the ultrasonic cleaning plate transducer work?

This stainless steel plate integrates ultrasonic transducers that generate waves in the liquid. Thanks to the cavitation effects, it effectively removes dirt, even in hard-to-reach areas.

Smart Control with NexTgen® Advanced

Our ultrasonic cleaning plate is driven by our generator, which integrates the NexTgen® Advanced software, designed and developed by SinapTec.

This smart control system offers you two key features:

🔹 Full traceability of cleaning cycles

Each cycle is recorded and can be analyzed, ensuring process control and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Remote technical diagnostics

Thanks to built-in connectivity, our technical team can perform remote monitoring, quickly diagnose issues, and provide maintenance support.

🔹 Nuclear Sector

Accelerates the decontamination of equipment and helps reduce the volume of radioactive waste generated.

🔹 Food Industry

Allows deep cleaning of production equipment — conveyors, molds, containers.

🔹 Optical Sector

For surface preparation of eyeglass lenses or optics with megasonic cleaning technologies.

🔹 Medical Field

Ensures meticulous cleaning of surgical instruments, prostheses, and medical devices, effectively removing organic contaminants before sterilization.

🔹 Biotechnology and Research Laboratories

Ensures the cleanliness of glassware and small equipment, essential for the reliability of analyses and experiments.

Technical Advantages

🔹 Space-saving Installation

External flange mounting: the plate can be fixed on the outside, at the bottom or side of the tank, freeing up space inside.

🔹 Removable, Easy Maintenance

The plate is removable, making maintenance easier and allowing for quick replacement if needed. No need to replace your tank — this helps reduce costs.

🔹 Enhanced Durability

Made of 3 mm thick stainless steel, resistant to demanding conditions up to 80 °C.

🔹 Customizable Dimensions

Available in standard or custom formats to suit your needs.

What’s the difference between a flange plate and a submersible transducer?

While both are designed to emit ultrasound in the cleaning bath, their design and installation cater to different needs:

🔹 Mounting:

The flange plate is fixed to the cleaning tank — on the bottom or side — via a flange system. The submersible transducer, on the other hand, is simply placed or suspended in the liquid, allowing it to be moved if needed.

🔹 Positioning:

The flange plate is installed outside the tank, which frees up internal space. The submersible transducer is placed directly in the liquid, inside the tank.
